利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、Katsuhide Leung（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリケーション「作品ログ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、映画・本・漫画・音楽の体験と感想を利用者の端末内に記録するための道具です。

• 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、記録内容をサーバーへ送信しません。
• 記録は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。複数端末での同期機能、およびクラウドバックアップ機能は提供しません。
• 作品情報の検索には、TMDB、iTunes Search API（Apple Books を含む）、および Wikidata を利用します。これらは外部のサービスであり、収録範囲・内容の正確性は運営者の管理下にありません。

第3条（料金）

本アプリは、広告・アプリ内課金・サブスクリプションのない完全無料のサービスです。

第4条（広告）

本アプリは広告を表示しません。

第5条（利用者のコンテンツ）

• 利用者が記録した感想・評価・画像等（以下「利用者コンテンツ」）の権利は利用者に帰属します。
• 利用者コンテンツは端末内にのみ保存されるため、運営者はこれを閲覧・利用・複製できません。
• 利用者は、自らが権利を有するか、利用する権限のある画像のみを追加してください。
• 本アプリを削除すると利用者コンテンツも失われます。本アプリには書き出し機能もバックアップ機能もありません。運営者はバックアップを保持しておらず、復元に応じることはできません。

第6条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり次の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
• 本アプリを通じて外部サービスへ過度な負荷を与える行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

第7条（知的財産権）

本アプリのプログラム、意匠、文言に関する権利は運営者に帰属します。作品情報として表示されるデータの権利は、各提供元に帰属します。

本アプリは、映画情報の検索およびポスター表示に TMDB の API を利用していますが、TMDB による承認・認定・推奨を受けたものではありません。本・漫画・音楽の表紙は Apple Inc. の検索 API から取得し、Apple が定める公式バッジとストアへのリンクを併せて表示します。

第8条（免責事項）

• 運営者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、および記録内容が滅失しないことを保証しません。
• 外部サービスから取得した作品情報の正確性・完全性について、運営者は保証しません。
• 端末の故障・紛失・機種変更・アプリの削除等による記録の消失について、運営者は責任を負いません。
• 運営者が責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は利用者が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。

第9条（本規約の変更）

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

This English text is a reference translation. If it differs from the Japanese original, the Japanese text governs.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms govern use of the application "Yoin Log" ("the App") provided by Katsuhide Leung ("the operator"). By using the App you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (What the App does)

The App is a tool for recording experiences of films, books, manga and music on your own device.

• It requires no account and never sends your records to a server.
• Records are stored only on your device. No cross-device sync and no cloud backup are provided.
• Catalogue search uses TMDB, the iTunes Search API (including Apple Books), and Wikidata. These are external services; their coverage and accuracy are not under the operator's control.

Article 3 (Fees)

The App is completely free, with no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

Article 4 (Advertising)

The App shows no advertising.

Article 5 (Your content)

• You retain all rights to the notes, ratings and images you record ("Your Content").
• Because Your Content is stored only on your device, the operator cannot view, use or copy it.
• Add only images you own or are permitted to use.
• Deleting the App destroys Your Content. The App has no export and no backup. The operator keeps no backup and cannot restore it.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

• Acts violating law or public order
• Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse engineering the App
• Placing excessive load on external services through the App
• Other conduct the operator reasonably judges inappropriate

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

Rights in the App's program, design and wording belong to the operator. Rights in catalogue data shown in the App belong to their respective providers.

The App uses the TMDB API to search for and display film information and posters, but is not endorsed, certified or otherwise approved by TMDB. Covers for books, manga and music are obtained from Apple Inc.'s search API and shown together with Apple's official badge and a link to the store.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The operator does not warrant that the App fits any particular purpose, nor that records will not be lost.
• The operator does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of catalogue data obtained from external services.
• The operator is not liable for records lost through device failure, loss, replacement, or deletion of the App.
• Where the operator is liable, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

The operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
